Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions

Payments for WineGod Plus and WineGod Pro subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our authorized reseller (Merchant of Record). Paddle handles payment processing, invoicing, and billing.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time under My account > Plan. When you cancel:

• Paid access continues until the end of the period you already paid for (current month or year).
• The next renewal is not charged.
• There is no prorated refund for unused time within the period already paid for.

3. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you change your mind about a new subscription, you are entitled to a full refund if you request it within 14 calendar days of the first charge for that subscription. This applies globally, to all countries served by winegod.ai.

4. Forgotten annual renewal

If you forget to cancel and your annual subscription renews automatically, you are entitled to a full refund of the renewal charge, provided you request it within 14 calendar days of the renewal charge date.

5. How to request a refund

Request a refund through the Help Center, using live chat and providing the email address used on your winegod.ai account. We process the request together with Paddle; the amount returns through the same payment method used for the purchase, according to the payment method's procedures.

6. Service failures

If a technical problem with winegod.ai prevents you from using the service for a meaningful period, we will evaluate a refund or credit case by case. Describe what happened in the Help Center through live chat.

7. Changes

This policy may be updated. The date at the top of the page reflects the latest change.
