Conditions for using winegod.ai.

1. Acceptance

By using winegod.ai (accessible at chat.winegod.ai) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What the service is

winegod.ai is an AI assistant specialized in wine. It answers questions, analyzes photos of labels and menus, and offers recommendations based on a wine database.

3. Minimum age and responsible drinking

The service covers alcoholic beverages and is intended only for people who have reached the legal drinking age in their country. winegod.ai does not sell or deliver alcoholic beverages; please drink responsibly.

4. Nature of the answers

Answers from winegod.ai are informational and generated by artificial intelligence. They do not constitute professional, medical, or financial advice. Ratings, scores, and recommendations draw from available data and may contain inaccuracies.

The public score is an informational reference based on public information available in our base. It does not guarantee results, quality, price, or availability, and it may change over time.

Use the information as a reference, not as absolute truth.

5. Account and access

Guest access is limited to a small number of messages per session.
Signing in with Google, Facebook, Apple, or Microsoft grants additional daily credits.
You are responsible for the security of the account you use with your OAuth provider.

6. Acceptable use

By using winegod.ai you agree to:

Not use the service for unlawful purposes
Not try to exploit, overload, or interfere with the service
Not submit offensive or illegal content, or content that infringes third-party rights

Breaking this section may lead to the suspension or termination of your account (section 7) and to your liability for the harm caused (section 13).

7. Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate section 6 or the law, giving notice when possible. If you believe there was a mistake, you can appeal through the Help Center or by emailing legal@winegod.ai. Free credits are not refundable; if you have a paid subscription, our Refund Policy applies.

8. Your content and the answers

What you submit to winegod.ai (messages, photos, videos, PDFs) remains yours. By submitting it, you grant us a limited license to store and process that content for the sole purpose of operating and improving the service.

The answers winegod.ai generates for you may be used by you for any lawful purpose. Because the service is based on artificial intelligence, identical or similar answers may be generated for other users — that does not infringe any right of yours.

9. Suggestions and feedback

If you send us suggestions, ideas, or comments about the product, winegod.ai may use them freely to improve the service, with no obligation of payment, credit, or exclusivity.

10. Intellectual property

The name winegod.ai, the Baco character, and the product interface belong to their creators. Wine information may depend on third-party databases and catalogs; this text does not identify or name the source of a public score.

References to public information do not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by third parties.

11. Changes to the service

winegod.ai is constantly evolving. Features, limits, and plans may change, be added, or be discontinued at any time. If a change materially affects an ongoing paid subscription, we will notify you and our Refund Policy will apply.

12. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is, with no warranty of continuous availability, absolute accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. winegod.ai is not responsible for purchase decisions based solely on the assistant's answers.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

winegod.ai is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or loss of data that does not result directly from a failure of the service itself; and
winegod.ai's total liability to you, for all events combined, is limited to the greater of: (a) the total amount you paid to winegod.ai in the 12 months before the event; or (b) R$ 500 (five hundred Brazilian reais).

These limitations do not apply where the law does not allow them — for example, to rights that mandatory consumer protection or data protection laws make non-waivable.

13. Your responsibility

If your use of the service in violation of these terms or the law — including content you submit — causes harm to third parties and winegod.ai is held liable for it, you must reimburse winegod.ai for the amounts it is required to pay, including reasonable defense costs. This does not apply to the extent the harm results from a failure of the service itself.

14. Privacy

Your personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy. Information on data deletion is at Data deletion.

15. Refunds

When online payments are enabled, paid subscriptions (WineGod Plus and WineGod Pro) will be processed by the authorized provider identified at checkout and will follow the cancellation and refund terms described in our Refund Policy.

16. Account deletion and subscriptions

A subscription that is still charging, in a trial period, past due, or paused, without cancellation already scheduled for the end of the period, blocks account deletion. There is no automatic cancellation: cancel the subscription before deleting the account. When cancellation is already scheduled for the end of the period, deletion may proceed. After deletion, the link to the internal account identifier is removed, but separate financial records may retain the payment provider's customer and subscription identifiers.

17. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. This does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections granted by the laws of your country of residence. If you use the service as a consumer, you keep any venue that mandatory local law grants you. In all other cases, the courts of the district where WINEGOD AI DESENVOLVIMENTO DE SOFTWARE LTDA has its seat will have jurisdiction.

18. Changes

These terms may be updated. Material changes — ones that reduce your rights, increase your obligations, or affect a paid subscription — will be announced at least 15 days in advance, through a notice in the product and/or an email to your account. Minor changes take effect upon publication, indicated by the date at the top of the page. If you do not agree with a change, you can stop using the service and delete your account; continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
