Data Deletion

Governing law and language. winegod.ai is operated from Brazil. This English version is an official version of this document. The service and the processing of personal data are governed by Brazilian law, including the LGPD (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados). In case of any discrepancy between versions, the Brazilian Portuguese version (pt-BR) prevails.

Your data, your call

You have the right to request the deletion of the personal data associated with your account at winegod.ai.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, we remove from the product:

• Your profile data (name, email, profile picture)
• The link to your sign-in provider (Google, Facebook, Apple, or Microsoft)
• Conversation records and saved conversations directly linked to your account

What does not get deleted

• Anonymized usage records (unlinked from your account) that we keep for aggregated product analytics
• Technical access logs: they stop being linked to your account — the IP address, session identifier, and link to the user are erased — and the record remains only in anonymized form, for aggregated usage control
• Financial and tax records of subscriptions, kept for 5 years with no link to your profile data — the full retention periods are in our Privacy Policy
• Data stored locally in your browser — cleared automatically on account deletion, but you can also wipe it manually in your browser settings
• Some derived operational records, such as processing jobs, caches, or analytics, may remain unlinked from your account and are handled under our retention processes

Delete your account

To delete your account, sign in and open My account. Deletion through the product is processed automatically. Removing the app or clearing device data does not delete the account.

If you have an active paid subscription, you need to cancel it first: a subscription that is still charging blocks account deletion (see "Account deletion and subscriptions" in the Terms of Use).

You can also request deletion by email at legal@winegod.ai; we respond within 15 calendar days.

Data held by third parties

Deleting your account at winegod.ai removes your data from our systems. To revoke winegod.ai's access inside your sign-in provider, use the provider's own security settings:

• Google: Account settings > Security > Third-party apps
• Facebook: Settings > Apps and websites
• Apple: Settings > Apple ID > Apps using Apple ID
• Microsoft: Account > Privacy > Apps and services
